General Conditions of Sale

These General Conditions of Sale (CGV) apply to all sales concluded on the site Mixly between the company [Nom de l'entreprise] and any buyer (hereinafter "the Customer").

Article 1 – Purpose

The purpose of these General Terms and Conditions is to define the rights and obligations of the parties in the context of the online sale of products offered by Mixly.

Article 2 – Price

The prices are indicated in euros (€) all taxes included (TTC). Mixly reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, it being understood that the price applicable to the order will be that in force at the time of validation.

Article 3 – Order

The Customer places his order online via the Mixly website. The order is validated after confirmation of payment. A confirmation email is sent to the Customer at the address indicated when ordering.

Article 4 – Payment

Payment is made online by credit card or any other means of payment offered on the site. Payment is secure via Shopify Payments. The order is processed after payment has been validated.

Article 5 – Delivery

Orders are shipped to the address indicated by the Customer. Delivery times are indicated for information purposes only and may vary. In the event of a delay, Mixly undertakes to inform the Customer as soon as possible. Delivery costs are indicated when confirming the order.

Article 6 – Right of withdrawal

In accordance with article L221-18 of the Consumer Code, the Customer has a period of 14 days from receipt of his order to exercise his right to withdrawal, without having to provide reasons or pay penalties. To exercise this right, the Customer must contact us at: [Adresse email de contact].

Article 7 – Returns and refunds

Returned products must be in their original condition, unused and in their original packaging. The refund will be made within 14 days of receipt of the returned product, via the same payment method as that used when ordering. For more details, consult our Refund policy.

Article 8 – Guarantees

All products sold by Mixly benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity (articles L217-4 et seq. of the Consumer Code) and the guarantee against hidden defects (articles 1641 et seq. of the Civil Code).

Article 9 – Liability

Mixly cannot be held responsible for the inaccuracy of the contract in the event of force majeure, disruptions or strikes in postal services and means of transport, or any event beyond its control.

Article 10 – Personal data

The personal data collected during the order are necessary for processing the order. They are processed in accordance with our Privacy policy.

Article 11 – Applicable law and disputes

These General Terms and Conditions are subject to French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought as a priority. Failing this, the French courts will have jurisdiction.
